Registered Migration Agents (RMA) are required to act in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Australia. The Government body responsible for regulating RMA's is the 'Migration Agents Registration Authority', known as OMARA. On the OMARA website you can find useful information to assist in your search for a reputable migration agent. All Registered Migration Agents will have a unique reference number (MARN 1789997). For peace of mind, ensure the RMA you appoint to advise and assist with your immigration matter is listed on the official OMARA register.
