Michael migrated from Ireland during the GFC realising Australia was the place to be during those turbulent years. After working in the regional mining sector, Michael packed his bags (again!) and moved to Sydney to experience the hustle and bustle of the big smoke! The real challenge this time to commence Migration Law studies with the goal to put his migration experience to the test and assist with other peoples desire to migrate to Australia.
Although his experience of migration was a relatively smooth one, Michael understands some individuals were exposed to unnecessary stress due to the complexity of the Australian visa program. This sparked his passion to study Migration Law. Michael is passionate and determined that all our clients should receive an attentive and courteous professional service. Michael easily puts himself in his client’s shoes, working towards the betterment of their lives in Australia.

Michael completed his law studies at Victoria University, successfully completing The Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law. He applied for, and was granted membership of MARA, the Australian Governing Body of Registered Migration Agents.
Continuous training equips Michael with the knowledge to analyse, interpret and apply Australian legislation and case law in relation to all migration matters. Continuous training also helps ensure he and the team can provide the best solution and options for our clients. Michael believes Migration Law should not be complex; his aim is to make migration uncomplicated and easy to understand for everybody!

An experienced business professional, Michael has utilised his business skills particularly in the area of company sponsored migration; assisting businesses to sponsor overseas skilled workers. In addition to corporate migration, Michael manages partner visa applications, general skilled migration matters, skills assessments and family migration. Submission writing for visa applications or complex visa issues and compliance also keeps Michael on a busy schedule.
